What you just watched
The resort is invented.
The website is the product.
Zavana does not exist. Every scene above exists to demonstrate one thing. Most resort websites lose to the same photo grid a guest already scrolled past on Booking.com — same angles, same lobby, same infinity pool, nothing that says what it is like to actually be there. This is the alternative: scrolling moves a camera through the property instead of moving a visitor down a list of amenities. Guests decide with their eyes long before they read a rate.
-
One continuous take
Ten scenes joined frame to frame, so arrival, suite, table, water and shore read as one journey through one place. A guest understands your property in thirty seconds instead of opening nine gallery tabs and still not knowing what it feels like to stay there.
-
Scroll is the control
The camera moves only as fast as the visitor scrolls, and runs backwards when they scroll up. Nobody waits through an autoplaying reel to reach the part they cared about, which is usually the room or the beach.
-
Built from your property
Your rooms, your shoreline, your restaurant — from photography you already own, with missing shots generated or filmed to match. The engine running this page is the same one your site ships with; nothing here is a mockup.
-
Not at the cost of speed
The first screen is under 2 MB and paints immediately. Video arrives behind a still, every scene survives a clip that fails to load, and visitors who prefer reduced motion get the same words without the movement.
Before you ask
The six questions we always get.
- Is Zavana a real resort?
- No. Zavana is invented to demonstrate the format. It takes no bookings and is not affiliated with any existing hotel. The website is the product being shown, not the resort.
- What is a scroll-driven or immersive hotel website?
- Scrolling moves a camera through the property instead of moving the visitor down a list of amenities. Arrival, suites, dining, pool and beach read as one continuous journey through one place, rather than as separate photo galleries.
- Do you need new photography, or can you use ours?
- Yours, in most cases. We build the scenes from your existing photography or footage. Where a shot is missing, we can generate or shoot it to match. This demo was built entirely from generated scenes to prove the format works without a film crew.
- Will it work on phones, and is it slow?
- Yes. The first screen is under 2 MB and paints immediately; video streams behind a still image afterwards. Nothing autoplays, every scene falls back to a still if its clip is unavailable, and visitors who prefer reduced motion get a static version with the same words.
- Is it accessible?
- It is built that way rather than retrofitted: keyboard navigation with a skip link, visible focus states, described images, a screen-reader-friendly mobile menu, and full support for reduced-motion preferences.
- How do we start?
- Tell us the property and what a guest should feel in the first ten seconds. You get back a short written concept and one scene rendered from your own photography within five working days, at no charge and with no meeting required first.
